God loves us!

A quick note about my uncle, I received a call Thursday that my uncle age 42 had just died. He had cancer that had spread very fast and the Doctors could not do anything to stop it. My kids almost every day would pray for Uncle Jack; that all the bad things in his tummy go away and that he would ask Jesus in his heart. They were very faithful in praying for him. My heart was heavy after that phone call because I did not know where he stood with the Lord. The Bible says you must be born again to enter the Kingdom of Heaven. I just found out that my Grandmothers Pastor went to the hospital 1 hour before he did and asked him if he had asked Jesus in his life, and Jack smiled, for he could hardly talk. The Pastor keep telling him to look to Jesus and at one point Jack lifted his arm up with a smile like he was reaching for someone. Thirty min. later he was gone. I share this to say God loves us so much, no matter what you have done you were and are created for Him. He gave His best for us, His son Jesus, don’t ever think you are to far from Him or to bad. He will be there till the last breath for He will never leave you nor forsake you. Put your hope and trust in His love for you today. Read Genesis 1:26-27. Blessings

Lets talk about Faith

I was reading a message from Patricia King from Extreme Prophetic. She wrote an article on the supernatural, miracle working power of God. One of the statements was that “miracles, signs, and wonders are accelerating in the Body and will continue to do so as Heaven invades earth.” Many not living in the West would say our God is definitely the God of the supernatural and they would have no problem believing what the Word says about Him and who we are in Him. But what about us here in the West? We would say the Word is true and that He is the same yesterday, today, and forever (Heb.13:8), but do we have the faith to believe that He wants to do the works we read about through us? A verse that I have been thinking on lately is Ephesians 3:20, “Now to Him who is able to do exceedingly abundantly above all we can ask or think, according to the power that works in us.” The supernatural is all about God, but it is Him that gives us the power to do the work for many situations; to bring people to salvation, to set the captives free, and to show His love and compassion to His creation saved or unsaved. I have been looking at Mark 4:40 all week where Jesus said to the disciples (which we are today if we call ourselves Christians) “Why are you so fearful? How is it that you have no faith?” In context of the verse Jesus just rebuked the wind and sea. Do you think Jesus expected His disciples to do that? If so, what is He expecting me and the Body to extend our faith too? Should we, as the children of God look at the impossible (wind and sea) as the possible. Let’s see Heaven invade Earth through you and me for Him and for those around us.

May the blessings of Father overtake you today!
